Powers Catholic takes seriously the call to live the model of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through community involvement with church, family and friends.
“Hope in a Box,” a program of Catholic Charities, has been a main service project in previous years.
Powers also opens its doors to the adjacent Woodcroft Neighborhood for their bimonthly association meetings at the school.
The Court Street location has hosted offsite Rotary Club meetings as the only Genesee County Chapter of Rotary Interact, a student centered organization.
Powers was host to the Arrowhead Barbershop Choir’s Charity Concert to benefit scholarships at the high school.
